Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payments:

• All bookings require a minimum $100 non-refundable payment.
• Full payment is due 7 days before your event.
• Reschedule for any reason with a minimum 24-hour notice.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to secure your reservation online at www.toddlersoftplay.com. A non-refundable $100 retainer is required to at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle or Credit Card. If you pay the remaining balance via credit card, please note that a valid drivers license and the credit card is required at the time of booking. THE CREDIT CARD USED TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT MUST MATCH THE DRIVERS LICENSE provided. Please send a photo of the credit card used (show ONLY the last 4 digits) AND the photo ID to info@toddlersoftplay.com or text (832) 744-6779 to complete the reservation request. The final invoice will be subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee. TODDLER PLAY ZONE HOUSTON DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Set Up Requirements:

• The client (renter) is responsible for confirming and providing specific requirements for each item booked.
• Soft play and the bubble house must be set up in a fully shaded area. No direct sunlight.
• Confirm that you have the space for us to do the work. Dimensions, Surface, Indoor or Outdoor, etc.
• For safety reasons we ask that children and pets are not in the area during set up and breakdown.

Liability and Safety:

• Toddler Play Zone Houston requires the client (renter) provide ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
• Toddler Play Zone Houston is not liable for any injuries sustained on rental equipment during use.

Equipment and Damage:

• The client (renter) is responsible for any damage caused to Toddler Play Zone Houston equipment during use.
• Misuse or mishandling will result in replacement at the current value per the signed agreement.

Privacy Policy:

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information under our Privacy Policy. We upload your credit card (showing last 4 digits only and name) with your driver’s license to Square (secure payment portal).

Age Restrictions and Supervision:

• Children under 16 require parental supervision at all times.
• Certain games may have age restrictions; please adhere to age-appropriate activities.

Events and Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We rely on accurate information such as the date, time, location, steps or elevator use and phone number at the time of booking.

Governing Law:

• The laws of Texas govern these terms, and any disputes will be handled following these laws.
You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by using our services.

Soft Play Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Ages 1 - 4 ONLY.
• No shoes or heels.
• No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
• No face paint or acrylic paint.
• No glitter or silly string.
• No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
• No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
• No drinks.
• No dirty or stained hands.
• No jewelry or sharp objects.
• No overcrowding or horseplay.
• No outside toys or objects.
• No wet attire or water activities near the equipment.
• No pets or animals in the play area.
• ALL balls must be in the ball pool at pickup.
• Do not remove equipment from the play area.

Bounce House Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Professional balloon installation only.
• No foil, Mylar or Metallic balloons.
• No fishing wire.
• No dark color socks.
• No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
• No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
• No shoes or heels.
• No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
• No face paint.
• No glitter or silly string.
• Turn blower OFF if high winds or rain.
• Do not move equipment.
• No drinks.
• No dirty or stained hands.
• No jewelry or sharp objects.
• No overcrowding or horseplay.
• No somersaults or climbing the walls.

Bumper Car Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Maximum weight is 60lbs.
• No sitting or standing on the bumper car arena.
• Do not remove bumper cars from the arena.
• Do not tamper with joy stick, vinyl stickers on the cars.
• Do not apply balloons or stickers to the bumper arena.
• No confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
• No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
• No shoes or heels.
• No drinks, food or snacks.
• No dirty or stained hands.
• No dirt or water in the arena.
• No overcrowding or horseplay.
• No glitter or silly string.
• No face paint or acrylic paint.
• Do not the bumper car arena.
• No wet attire or water activities near the equipment.
• Have FuN and capture the memories!

Bubble House Rules

• Kids under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Do not enter without assistance from attendant.
• No shoes or heels.
• No confetti, confetti poppers, confetti cannons or confetti balloons.
• No face paint or acrylic paint.
• No glitter or silly string.
• No tape, vinyl stickers or sticky anything.
• No food, candy, snacks, treats or gum.
• No drinks.
• No dirty or stained hands.
• No jewelry or sharp objects.
• No overcrowding or horseplay.
• No outside toys or objects.
• No wet attire or water activities near the equipment.
• Have FuN and capture the memories!

Consequences:

The rules are strictly enforced for safety and to prevent equipment damage. If these rules are not followed, Toddler Play Zone Houston has the right to cancel agreement, bill customer for replacement fee, and/or collect equipment.
